We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.

Email us at returns@carpeoutdoorsman.co.za with your order number. We'll send a return label and instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale items can be exchanged for size only. Final sale pieces are marked clearly at checkout.
